Please take the time to follow each steps so we can fix the problem right away.Please make sure that all these conditions are met :* The rectifier must be connected Corro-Protec must be connected to the rectifier The negative side must be installed on the water heater, as indicated in the instruction manual. The water heater must be functional (filled and operational) If one of these steps is not fulfilled, the Corro-Protec cannot function correctly.Please try removing the ground and reinstalling it on your water heater. Green light is ON when I installed the ground back Green light stay OFF when I installed the ground back Bad grounding is the #1 reason why the green light would turn off. Ground is the power supply wire installed on your water heater tank screw. You just need to unscrew it and install it back. Please disconnect the ground and the anode wire and connect both wires directly together.
