Terms and Conditions : Win Back Your Purchase Monthly Contest

1. Eligibility

This contest is open to legal residents of Canada and United-States who are [18] years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Corro-Protec and their immediate families or household members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. To enter, fill out the contest form available at [www.corroprotec.com/training-contest] during the contest period. One entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

3. Contest Period

The contest begins on the first day of every month at 00:01 AM EST and ends on last day of the month at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

4. Prize

The winner will be reimbursed for the full purchase amount of one (1) Corro-Protec Powered Anode Rod (any model purchased, subject to eligibility). This includes all Corro-Protec models available, and reimbursement will be based on the original purchase price, and reimbursement will be based on the original purchase price at the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).

No substitutions will be permitted, except by Corro-Protec, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Participants who opted for additional chances to win will have increased odds in the draw. The draw will take place on a weekday each month. The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided during entry. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours or does not respond within that time, a new winner will be selected.

6. General Conditions

Corro-Protec reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond its reasonable control affects the integrity of the contest.

By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Corro-Protec shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with participation in this contest or the acceptance or use of the prize.
