All Residential Water Heater (Except Bradford White)
Locating the anode rod in your water heater is easy, you just need to search for the ''Owner Manual'' or the ''Use & Care Manual'' of your tank. By example, If you have a Rheem model number PRO+E55 T2 RH94 EC1, You just need to do a quick Google search: Owner manual rheem PRO+E55 T2 RH94 EC1
When you find the owner manual, you must look for a diagram showing the various parts of the tank (see following picture). The location of the anode should be on this diagram. If you can access it easily, it means that you have a regular hot water tank and our Corro-Protec anode will fit perfectly. If you don't see it, you may have a Bradford White where the anode is located in the hot water outlet and you need to buy the Corro-Protec for Integrated anode water heater.
If you are not sure how to install your anode, you can send us the make and model number of your water heater and we will be happy to help.
