All orders placed on our website include free standard shipping, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Orders are typically shipped the same business days using carriers such as UPS, USPS, Canada Post, Dicom, Nationex, or equivalent services.
Shipping Confirmation & Delivery Proof
To ensure accuracy and security:
- Each product is scanned at our warehouse before being packed.
- Orders are verified to ensure all items are included prior to shipment.
- The carrier confirms package weight at pickup.
- Delivery is confirmed by the carrier via delivery photo, tracking confirmation, or signature, depending on the service used.
Shipping Disputes & Lost Package Claims
If you believe your order was not delivered or is incomplete, you must contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
For shipping disputes:
- We rely on carrier confirmation, including delivery photos, signatures, tracking data, and package weight records.
- If the carrier confirms delivery with proof and package weight, the order will be considered fulfilled.
- Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.
We reserve the right to deny claims where delivery is confirmed by the carrier and supported by our internal shipping records.
Returns
Our refund policy is 90 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 10 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item or you can ask us for a return label and we will cover the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
