Anode Rod is Hard to Remove from my Water Heater

To remove the anode rod from your water heater:

1. Disconnect the powersupply.
2. Locate the anode location according to your water heater model. It is usuallylocated ontop.
3. Remove the insulating material if present and empty your tank.
4. Remove the anode with a socket wrench and a power bar if necessary.
5. Install your new anode and restart your waterheater.
